Monisha Parker

Bio: I've always believed that we tend to be the most effective in areas where we have been the most affected. It's often our deepest pains that draw us closer to our purpose. Those words never really hit home until I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer at the age of 28. I had watched both my mother and grandmother battle the disease, but never thought I would find myself in the same battle, especially not so young. I've learned through this journey that it's not what you go through, but how you go through it. I wanted to share my story in hopes that it will inspire someone to keep fighting, keep the faith and live on purpose.

When I read your blog it brings tears of joy hope and peace. Your resilience is a true testimony as to what God can do, even in the darkest of moments there is always hope. You keep standing on the Word of God, It is TTRUE!!, He has a perfect plan for your life and I know He will carry you through this. My prayer team has you on the wall and we are standing in faith with you and your family for the testimony of total healing and restoration. Love you with the Love of the Lord….. .

As I read your post this morning, I fought back
tears as I thought about how some of complain about the smallest things while there is someone else really going through. God has a plan for all of us even though we may not always know what it is we know that we will all eventually have to through it in order for our faith to really be tested. You are such an inspiration to me and you are the epitome of a strong black woman. Keep holding on to Gods hands as he leads you to your destiny. Remember, if god can bring you to it he will bring you through it.❤️

Monisha, my pew buddy. I am so inspired by your testimony. I couldn’t hold back the tears as I read your story. Tears of comfort. You have a testimony that will help other women that are going through the same thing and don’t know what to do. It really helped me because I also have a lump in my breast and I have to get a mammogram every six months. I can’t even imagine what I would do if they told me it was cancer. After reading your story, I’m convinced that standing on the word of God, will get me through it. You are an amazing young woman. Continue to
Literally stand on God’s word. Your parents are also amazing and I know they will be there for you through it all. Again I am so grateful that you shared your story. POWERFUL, BEAUTIFUL AND BOLD!!!!

    I love you Monisha.
