Self Exam is a book written by mother-daughter breast cancer survivors, Monisha Parker and Sylvia Morrison. In the book, the duo share their breast cancer stories and how they fought with faith. The book also offers inspirational devotionals and gives readers an opportunity to conduct their own self exams.

Many of you who have followed my story know that my mom was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in November 2011 and I received the same diagnosis in November of 2015.
